I had my 2023 Camaro ZL1 serviced at Sewell Chevrolet in Andrews, TX. The service personnel were very helpful and cordial. This was a recall service to install the parking sensor chip that was not available at the time the car was built. This service was done very quickly and I was out in about an hour. Very pleased with their service.

Decent considering it was distant purchase sight unseen from Florida. Staff was patient with the process which must have been a bit of challenge given Florida's extra laws relative to Texas and the finance switch we made. Vehicle is still in transit for delivery and Staff has remained in touch sending photos and paperwork accordingly. Much appreciated.

So far the problem is fixed, had point of contact calling us about the issue, took longer than expected. A big issue is that this Yukon had to be driving to Andrews, TX to be service which is fine BUT when we picked it up when done in Odessa,TX the Yukon had gas light ON when we picked it up & it had plenty of fuel when Sewell picked it up from our house..!!! Other than that it was convenient that Sewell offered a loaner SUV. Thanks

I appreciate him speaking to me with confidence that I would understand because as a woman a lot of times when you take your car in, they treat you like you don't know what they are talking about. Tech and rep kept insisting we don't know how to operate the ac and heater system. Saying we didn't have the ac button on or we didn't have it off. That's not the case and they kept insisting nothing is wrong with the ac and heater system. Anyways I'll be using a different chevy service location in the future. And getting into a ford ASAP.

Overall service was great this time. In general, I don’t recommend new GMC Trucks because this is my first new GMC and I continue to receive complications. I am going back to my other dealer. This truck, as soon as I bought it, the transmission stopped shifting right at the 100,000 mi and I was having problems since before. They told me it was “normal”. They fixed the transmission but now its making a noises when down shifting. I believe it’s the rear end.

In May 2020 my boyfriend and I both went to Sewell Andrews to trade in our vehicles for NEW Silverados. When we were signing they let us know that the finance manager was not there and we would have to have our contracts mailed to us. We never received those contracts even when asked for them.
