I had my 2023 Camaro ZL1 serviced at Sewell Chevrolet in Andrews, TX. The service personnel were very helpful and cordial. This was a recall service to install the parking sensor chip that was not available at the time the car was built. This service was done very quickly and I was out in about an hour. Very pleased with their service.

My vehicle has been in and out of another dealership since December. I was tired of constantly having issues. When I picked up my truck the last time in March, I brought my concern of rough shifting and poor performance to their attention saying I believed the turbo was at fault. They laughed me out the door and told me it was normal. When I brought my vehicle into Sewell, Pedro listened to my concerns without judging me. Later that day he called to confirm my suspicion. The turbo was failing. They worked to get me back on the road without ever talking down to me, or ignoring me like the previous dealership had done. Thank you Team Sewell!
